Nel has spent nearly three decades on the side of the table where launches either work or don’t. She has led distribution implementations from kickoff to go-live as the senior project manager, and stayed through stabilization and handoff.
Nel also trained as a journalist, and it shows in how she works: she turns confusing situations into clear plans, and she tells decision-makers the truth while there is still time to act on it.
She started Adislen so that organizations facing a fixed go-live date can get that kind of senior oversight without hiring a full-time executive or engaging a large consulting team. Adislen is based in Houston and works with clients across the Americas, in English and Spanish.

The name and the sunrise
Adislen (AD-is-len) is Nelsida spelled backward. Adis is also a Bosnian name meaning "new" or "sunrise." The logo is an A with a sun rising over an arch. The A is Adislen, the sun is a new day, and the arch is the bridge between people, plans, and outcomes.
